AI Processing Addendum

This addendum forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and details the use of artificial intelligence in the Zohar service.

In case of any conflict between the Hebrew and English versions, the Hebrew version prevails.

1. How AI Works in Zohar

  • Mystical data (sign, birth chart, numerology numbers, card draw) is computed deterministically in code — not by the AI.
  • A language model (Anthropic's Claude) phrases this data into personal language and manages the chat in the voice of the "Zohar" character.
  • The model does not "invent" astrological data — it receives computed data and phrases it. In free chat, it processes the text you write.

2. Transparency — Content Is Automatically Generated

The character's responses in chat and readings are generated automatically by artificial intelligence. This is not a real person, a qualified advisor, or a fortune teller. The "Zohar" character is an AI-based persona.

3. Quality and Limitations

A language model may produce incorrect, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate information. Do not rely on the Content and do not treat it as advice, diagnosis, or a statement of fact. See the Disclaimer.

4. Sensitive Information Warning in Chat

The free chat is sent for processing by the language model (operating in the US). Therefore:

⚠️ Please avoid entering sensitive information in chat — including health or mental-health information, financial details, identification numbers, passwords, or identifying details of third parties. If you provide such information voluntarily — it will be processed solely for providing the Service, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Profiling and Automated Decision-Making

  • We create an interpretive "profile" (sign, numbers, "memories") to tailor Content.
  • This is not automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effect — the Content is for entertainment only.

6. Retention of Chat Content

Chat content and "memories" are stored for continuity, and can be deleted on request at any time. Automatic deletion after 12 months of inactivity. See the retention section of the Privacy Policy.
